Valerie is passionate about building the infrastructure that helps promote a company’s growth, furthering its success from the inside out. As the Sales Operations Manager at SFE, Valerie supports organizations in achieving their strategic and operational goals by implementing systems and tools. She works to streamline internal processes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams across multiple industries.
Valerie is responsible for providing direction and guidance to the activities of the sales operations team to lead and manage all company sales support functions. Her skills, experience, and education allow her to facilitate continuous improvement by identifying and executing opportunities for sales process enhancement and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, account management, and finance.
Outside of SFE, you can catch Valerie working out at the gym and spending time with her pup, Hazel.
