Tod Perry is Chief Operating Officer at SFE Partners where he is responsible for internal operations, client engagement and project delivery.  He is motivated by large, complex transformation projects that encompass strategy realignment, culture change, and operational delivery to improve sales performance and company profitability.  He has a diverse executive background having managed large sales, customer service, and field operations organizations in North America and Europe.  Previously, he worked in corporate venture capital and policy advisory.  He has a Ph.D. in Engineering from Harvard University.

When he’s not working with client companies, he stays busy keeping up with three active teenagers, and running, biking, paddle boarding, and Pickleballing.
